Chez Joséphine: Funky Town is a generously sized guest apartment in Saarbrücken’s area Am Homburg, a residential area north-east of Saarbrücken. The guest apartment follows the tradition of a German Ferienwohnung: it is all equipped for a stay between a few days and a few months. 

The apartment has 45 m². It is composed of a bed room, a kitchen with a dining eating area, and a living-room with a sofa bed, a vestibule, a separate toilet, and a bathroom.

      the bed is made at arrival.

3. •A separate kitchen with dining-table.
   

4. • A bathroom with bathtub, towels are included.
   

5. • Wireless internet access over a 50 Mbit/s shared modem.
   

6. • A private telephone line.
   

7. • A satellite television and a blue-ray player.
   

8. • Access to a (shared) washing machine in the basement.
   

Chez Joséphine: Funky Town has been evaluated as a two-star (✶✶) apartment by the Deutscher Tourismusverband (DTV). The apartment is a smoker-free and animal-free environment.

Prices include rental, heat, water,  internet-access, electricity, and telephone connection.

Prices are for a two-persons occupancy. Additional persons can be accomodated with more or less confort (eg. on the sofa or mattress on the floor) and with an additional charge of 25€ per person and per week or fraction of week.

Payment: in advance, when you confirm your reservation, by German bank transfer or Paypal. We accept cash at your arrival. Please ask us for details.  

Cancellation policy: at no charge if cancelled 7 days in advance. We also accept last minute cancellation and refund the payment with a deduction of 3 days.

Supplementary offers: A regular cleaning person can be made available for 20 € / hour.

If you wish, we offer a welcome food pack for 20 € (bread, milk, butter, fruit, ...).
