England is a new guest apartment in Saarbrücken’s area Am Homburg, a residential area north-east of Saarbrücken. The guest apartment follows the tradition of a German Ferienwohnung: it is all equipped for a stay between a few days and a few months. 


It is available from January 2018.


The apartment has 35 m². It is composed of a bed room, a kitchen with a dining eating area, and a vestibule and a bathroom.


Features:

  1. • A bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200)
       the bed is made at arrival.

  2. •A separate kitchen with dining-table.

  3. • A bathroom with shower, towels are included.

  4. • Wireless and wired internet access over a 100 Mbit/s shared modem.

  5. • A satellite television and a blue-ray player.

  6. • Access to a (shared) washing machine in the basement.


The apartment is a smoker-free and animal-free environment.
It is part of the Chez Joséphine set of apartments (see here ➦).



Prices include rental, heat, water,  internet-access, and electricity.
• 1300 € for a month

• 450 € for a week

•   80 € for a day (min. 3 days)

Prices are for a two-persons occupancy and include 7% VAT. Cleaning fees of 60€ must be added for each booking. Additional persons can be accomodated with more or less confort (eg. on the sofa or mattress on the floor) and with an additional charge of 40€ per person and per week or fraction of week. Rebate for longer periods can be considered, please send us a request.


Payment: in advance, when you confirm your reservation, by German bank transfer or Paypal. We accept cash at your arrival. Please ask us for details.  


Cancellation policy: at no charge if cancelled 7 days in advance. We also accept last minute cancellation and refund the payment with a deduction of 3 days.

Supplementary offers: A regular cleaning person can be made available for 20 € / hour.

If you wish, we offer a welcome food pack for 20 € (bread, milk, butter, fruit, ...).
